At &Stitches we think giving away gifts is cool but giving away knowledge is possibly even better! So when Kristin Nicholas asked us if we were interested to give one of you the opportunity to take part in her Online 'Stitch it with Wool' Crewel Embroidery class we jumped to the chance.
Kristin is a very experienced needleworker and over the years has authored a large number of craft books (like this one). The 'Stitch it with Wool' Crewel Embroidery class covers everything you need to know about getting started with Crewel Embroidery (materials, basic and more advanced stitches etc) to finishing your completed project. The class includes videos, showing stitches and techniques, and two different designs to practice your newly learned skills. You can start the class whenever you want to and take as long as you need. Find more details about the class here.p.s. In this video you can find out more about Kristin's (farm)life and admire her colourful home!
