DMC Color Spiral

This colorful spiral was created by Flickr user Meredith - it is made of 6 cross-stitches apiece of every single DMC stranded floss color! Yowzers!

Nevermind the serious commitment it must've taken to stick with it and collect up all those threads, I'm really struck by how the colors look laid out this way, in numerical order. Those of you with a DMC color book will be used to seeing them in a different layout. I like how Meredith's seems more random, but reveals little sections with their own patterns as you stare into it.
