  4. My apologies if I already posted and it's waiting to be reviewed! I looked away from my screen, looked back, and the field is empty. Alas, poor, memory...

  6. Ooh, looks like a great inspiration book. I love looking at people's embroidery and getting ideas to add to my own. I do surface embroidery and try to learn a new stitch technique to combine with my usually stitches on every project. I'm currently working on what will eventually be an entire filled 18" pillow that I adapted from a small piece of wrapping paper. I normally do smaller projects for gifts but I've been working on this off and on for the last 2 years and plan on keeping it for myself. Harmkat88@yahoo.com

  12. This book is lovely and so full of inspiration. I knit and sew, and have done lots of cross stitch in the past. embroidered an album cover onto a t-shirt to wear to a concert. As I recall it was a bargain basement 50/50 poly/ cotton t-shirt. Not the best canvas for all that work, but I was pretty proud of myself at the time.

I've done lots of embroidery and my favorite is to color in the design and then embroider it! I'm working on some foxes right now and they are looking wonderful!
    Thanks for the chance!

  20. One thing I like about this book is the number of projects it has.....65. I looked it up on Amazon and it's price was comparable to the other books put up as suggestions. The difference was that these books had 12-24 projects. This book did not have a look inside option, but from your pictures and just the front cover it is now on my wish-list on Amazon. I am sure that I will find more projects to do in it for the money spent than the usual project book and I am very excited about it. I am a shut-in and I cannot get out and look at books before I buy. I really want a copy of this book. Looking at the cover I am wondering if the gingham pillows are chicken scratch. I would like to try that as my grandmother did it a lot. lovebirdmom at gmail dot com
