Stitch it with Wool Crewel Class Giveaway!

&Stitches give aways

At &Stitches we think giving away gifts is cool but giving away knowledge is possibly even better! So when Kristin Nicholas asked us if we were interested to give one of you the opportunity to take part in her Online 'Stitch it with Wool' Crewel Embroidery class we jumped to the chance.

Kristin is a very experienced needleworker and over the years has authored a large number of craft books (like this one). The 'Stitch it with Wool' Crewel Embroidery class covers everything you need to know about getting started with Crewel Embroidery (materials, basic and more advanced stitches etc) to finishing your completed project. The class includes videos, showing stitches and techniques, and two different designs to practice your newly learned skills. You can start the class whenever you want to and take as long as you need. Find more details about the class here.

If you would like a chance to win the 'Stitch it with Wool' class leave a comment on this post, before the 12th of June, 12 AM London time, and let us know about what's in your hoop(s) at this very moment! Comments are closed, winner will be announced later today. Be sure to leave some kind of trail (e-mail or link to site with contact options for example) so we can contact you if you're the lucky winner. Good luck everyone!

p.s. In this video you can find out more about Kristin's (farm)life and admire her colourful home!

  13. In my hoop? Which one? I'm working AAN Holloween Mystery Town. Quilty Stitches Patchwork Sampler, SAL Maryse Samper. Blue Dogwood Sashiko Needlepoint Sampler. Would love to add The Crewel Class. I've done a piece or two but would enjoy learning the correct technique. The ones I did were small kits. Thanks for the opportunity to win the chance.
