One-Stitch Challenge: cross stitch

One stitch exploration
I was so inspired by Julie's One-Stitch challenge, that I decided to give it a go myself! The stitch I am experimenting with is good ol' cross stitch. And one of its variations. That's not cheating in the one-stitch challenge, is it? ;-)

Here's a wip shot. Next Saturday I'll be back with my (hopefully) finished piece!
